2011-2012 Annual Secretary of the Board Report (ASBR) Updates
The following changes will occur for the 2011-2012 Missouri Annual Secretary of the Board Report for the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education:
Each of these changes will begin in the 2011-2012 year and will not be retroactive in prior years.
Part II Revenue Codes that will need to be added:
- Revenue Code 5426 Classroom Trust Fund – Jobs Bill. This code will be open in the General (Incidental) Fund and the Special Revenue (Teachers) Fund.
- Revenue Code 5437 IDEA Grants. This code will be open in the General (Incidental) Fund and Special Revenue (Teachers) Fund and Capital Projects Fund.
- Revenue Code 5438 Non-IDEA Special Education Grants. This code will be open in the General (Incidental) Fund and Special Revenue (Teachers) Fund and Capital Projects Fund.
Part II Revenue Code name change:
- Revenue Code 5441 name changed to IDEA Entitlement Funds, Part B IDEA.
Part II Revenue Codes that need to be deleted:
- Revenue Code 5425 Classroom Trust Fund – Jobs Bill
- Revenue Code 5428 Basic Formula – Jobs Bill – State School Moneys Fund
- Revenue Code 5429 Basic Formula – Jobs Bill – Federal Budget Stabilization Fund
- Revenue Code 5474 National School Lunch Program Equipment Grants – ARRA
Part III-A and III-B Function Codes added:
- Function Code 1221 Special Education and Related Services. This code is open in the General (Incidental) Fund and Special Revenue (Teachers) Fund and Capital Projects Fund.
- Function Code 1223 Coordinated Early Intervening Services. This code is open in the General (Incidental) Fund and Special Revenue (Teachers) Fund and Capital Projects Fund.
- Function Code 1224 Proportionate Share Services. This code is open in the General (Incidental) Fund and Special Revenue (Teachers) Fund and Capital Projects Fund.
- Function Code 1271 Bilingual. This code is open in the General (Incidental) Fund and Special Revenue (Teachers) Fund and Capital Projects Fund.
Part III-A and III-B Function Code name changes:
- Function Code 1250 name changed to Supplemental Instruction.
- Function Code 2320 need to be changed to function code 2320 - 2330 Executive Administration.
Part III-A and III-B Function Code deletions:
- Function Code 1220 Special Education (1220-1240, 1260-70, 1290).
