The District Facility Survey was received from 398 of the 524 Missouri school districts for a return rate of 76%. The returned surveys represent 77% of the state’s public school students (689,124 or 894,466). The surveys were returned by the St. Louis, Kansas City, Springfield and Columbia school districts.
