Regional Career Education Coordinators
The Division of Career Education supports eight Career Education
Coordinators to assist school districts, area career
centers, and community colleges in recruiting and enrolling members of
special populations in career and technical education.
Special populations are defined as displaced homemakers, single parents
(including single pregnant women), individuals preparing
fornontraditional careers, economically disadvantaged individuals,
individuals with disabilities, and others with barriers, including
limited English proficiency.
