Missouri DECA
Membership
DECA chapters operate in over 150 high schools across Missouri as part of the marketing and cooperative education curriculum. With more than 9,600 members, Missouri DECA receives distinction as one of the fifth largest state association in the international organization.
Membership in Missouri DECA is restricted to students who are currently enrolled in an approved marketing and cooperative education course, because DECA programs are co-curricular, meaning programs complement nationally recognized curriculum standards in the classroom and then go further to incorporate realistic, educational experiences not available through classroom instruction alone.
