School districts that are going through 4th Cycle MSIP (Missouri School Improvement Program) or have received their waiver on a given year are required to complete the Self-Monitoring Report for Career Education. Only one report per district is required for all approved career education programs operated within the district. The Self-Monitoring Report for Career Education has been revised and aligned with the Common Standards for Career Education Programs.
The form should be submitted by November 2, 2007, to Dennis Harden, Coordinator of Career Education, Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, P.O. Box 480, Jefferson City, MO 65102-0480.
