A+ ListServ - December 17, 2008 (Mid Year Graduates)
We have had many questions about how districts are to report their mid-year graduates for purposes of A+ eligibility. The information included in this list serve provides guidance on the reporting of these students. Please remember that if you are reporting your mid-year graduates as eligible for the financial incentive, verification should be made that the student plans to utilize the financial incentive in the following semester. If they are planning to begin school in either the summer or fall term, they should be reported with their cohort in June.
