FORMATIVE ASSESSMENT

As part of a homework assignment, students read a short story.  Use the Literary Elements graphic organizer to examine the short story.  Students use their information to join with a partner to compare and contrast how specific literary elements are used to convey the media message. Students write a summary of their findings.
