Strategy

Assign the students a character to follow through the reading of Act III Scene II

Plebian – the common people of Ancient Rome

 

  1. Students read Act III, Scene II filling in the formative assessment individually.

 

  1. Students write (as a Plebian) a news release reporting the death of Julius Caesar.
