Sarah parks in a lot whose parking fee changes depending on the amount of time the car is in the lot.  The fee for the first hour is $2 and $0.50 for each additional hour. 

1.   How much is Sarah charged to park in this lot for 3 hours and 15 minutes?

2.   Graph the situation.
