Promoting the Mark Twain Award with a Battle of the Books (Jefferson City

we are doing and our planning process to encourage other school districts to
explore the option. (4-8)

Are you a new librarian? Just passed the Praxis? Now you are officially a
librarian. So what do you do? This workshop will offer some practical tips for
the new librarian. What tasks have to be done NOW? Which can wait until next
week? Are there any I can do when I get “around 2 it?” Management and Collection
Development topics will be discussed and ideas shared.
