SUBJECT: Reminder FY12 FER Due September 30, 2012

The 2011-2012 Final Expenditure Report (FER) is due on or before September 30, 2012. There will be no FER revisions unless there is an audit/monitoring finding. The FER should include expenditures that were obligated from July 1, 2011 (or substantially approved date) through June 30, 2012, unless an extension was granted by DESE.
Remaining unexpended funds from the FY12 grant may be carried over and expended in 2012-2013. The district may amend their 2012-2013 budget application once the FER is approved.
