* NCBE State Resource Page This website provides access to state-by state policies and resources as well as compiled information on meeting the educational needs of linguistically and culturally diverse students in the U.S.  It will also connect you to the National Clearinghouse for Bilingual Education (NCBE), which collects, analyzes, and disseminates information relating to the effective education of linguistically and culturally diverse learners in the U.S.
* Fact Sheet:  English for Speakers of Other Languages This link will take you to the website of the National Institute for Literacy (NIFL), which mission is to ensure that the highest quality of literacy services is available to adults, and to build and strengthen a comprehensive, unified system for literacy in the U.S.  It will help school district with information related to policy and legislation updates, and to literacy resources.
* ENGLISH LANGUAGE LEARNERS (ELL) KNOWLEDGEBASE The purpose of this Mid-Continental Comprehensive Center (MC3) is to help school districts meet compliance requirements of the Office for Civil Rights. It promotes effective education programs for English Language learners by providing samples of successful programs and promising practices. It also provides knowledge and resources necessary to "do the job" of running an (ESOL or ELL or ESL) program. The Mid-Continental Comprehensive Center (MC3) will also locate the latest legal guidance, samples of policies and procedures, resources for classroom instruction, and links to other useful web sites. 
* Saint Louis Public Schools This link is to the Saint Louis Public Schools' web page.  On the left side is a link to "Translated Forms" which you are welcome to modify to fit your needs.  If your district is using a translated form in a language not being used by St. Louis, please share this information with the MELL program director at www.mo-mell.org.  You may also contact the Kansas City School District's ELL coordinator at 816-418-2600 to seek help with their translated forms.
