SUBJECT: SY 09-10 Title I.A End-Of-Year Report

Every LEA that received Title I.A funds for the 2009-2010 school year is required to submit a TITLE I.A END-OF-YEAR REPORT. Our office is required to federally report the data contained on this form. This End-Of-Year Report replaces the Title I I-Form that was used in previous years. Please complete the form and return to our office by Friday, October 1, 2010.
Complete only those sections of the form that pertain to your district. If the information contained in the Title I.A End-Of-Year Report does not pertain to your district, please complete page one and return to our office. The report form and contact information is available at http://dese.mo.gov/divimprove/fedprog/grantmgmnt/publication_and_forms.html.
