Planning Tool
You can access the planning tool by logging-in to DESE Web Applications and choosing ePeGS; once in ePeGS, select Planning Tools. LEAs should not enter plans into the menu items that say: Federal School Improvement Plan/Application, Federal Schoolwide Commitment Form and Plan, and Federal Title I LEA Plan. You will not be able to save information into these plans.
Administrative Manual – Program Guidance
The 2009-2010 Administrative Manual has been revised and is available on our website at: http://dese.mo.gov/divimprove/fedprog/. This document provides guidance on the following programs: Title I.A, Title I.C, Title I.D, Title II.A, Title II.D, Title III, Title IV.A, Title V, and Title VI.B.
