SUBJECT: Communication with your Federal Grants’ Supervisor

This past week-end, our Department offices were reorganized and moved within the Jefferson Building. At this time, all phones are being transitioned to the new spaces. In most cases, our staff are able to dial out but not all of our staff can receive incoming phone calls and have limited ability for calls to be transferred. At this time, your best method to reach your federal program contacts here at the Department would be to send an e-mail, even if it is to ask that we call you. We are hopeful that phones will be back to normal by early next week.
