Administrative memo LS-11-005 – New Federal Program Compliance Process issued on September 23, 2011 to School Administrators provided information related to the implementation of the tiered monitoring process (http://www.dese.mo.gov/am/documents/LS-11-005.pdf ). This process will impact programs administered by the Office of Quality Schools and the Office of Special Education. For planning purposes, all districts have been included in one of three cohorts.
