SUBJECT: Waiver Request – 2010 & 2011 1003(g) School Improvement Grant
LISTSERVE MESSAGE DATE: January 6, 2012
The Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education requests the following waivers as part of the 1003(g) School Improvement Grant:
Waiver 1 – Extend the period of time that a Cadre I building implementing the transformation model has to develop and implement teacher and principal evaluation systems.
Waiver 2 – Provide the State Educational Agency (SEA) flexibility to use FY 11 funds until September 30, 2014 to fund the second year of Cadre II awards.
