Back To School Back Packs

Feed the Children is donating half a truck of 0-5 bags (1200 bags), half a truck of backpacks (960), and 2 pallets of books to Jefferson City, MO in August.  Pickup will need to occur the morning of August 14 in Jefferson City, MO.  We will also be receiving another truckload of these items in the fall in the Kansas City area.   If you are interested in receiving these bags and backpacks, please let me know how many 0-5 bags you would like to receive and how many backpacks you would like to receive by August 4, 2008.  I will then let you know the location, pickup time, and how many backpacks/bags you will receive (in case we are not able to accommodate the full amount requested), and if your district will need a large delivery vehicle to pick these items up.  The backpacks contain the following:

Elementary backpacks also contain 1 box crayons 8 count.  In addition the Junior High/High School Kit also contains, pen, round stick, medium pt, red - 2 Ea, calculator, dual power, large display - 1 ea, and deodorant/anti-perspirant, 1.5 oz - 1 ea.

The 0-5 bags contain the following items:
