Meetings Regarding Title III and Migrant Programs

In recent months, Missouri's Title III and Migrant programs have been monitored by representatives of the US Department of Education's Office of Migrant Education and the Title III office. In response to those visits and other program needs, DESE will offer a series of meetings designed to clarify the current program requirements and outline upcoming program changes. 

If your district received a Title I.C Migrant allocation or a Title III allocation for the 2008-2009 school year, this meeting is mandatory.  If your district does not qualify for Title I.C or Title III funds, you are not required to attend.  We have already conducted two meetings, one at the Federal Programs Conference and one at Cape Girardeau.  If you were unable to attend those meetings, the following dates and locations are available:
