Subject: Title I.A End-Of-Year Report

Every LEA that received Title I.A funds for the 2008-2009 school year is required to submit a TITLE I.A END-Of-YEAR REPORT. Our office is required to federally report the data contained on this form. This end-of-year report replaces the Title I I-Form that was used in previous years. Please complete the form and return to our office by Friday, October 30, 2009. Complete only those sections of the form that pertain to your district. The report form and contact information is available at http://dese.mo.gov/divimprove/fedprog/documents/MO5002767.pdf.
