Federal Program/ELL Coordinator:

The biennial evaluation report is an opportunity for districts to not only review and evaluate their programs, but also to assess their needs. DESE uses the results to report to the US Department of Education and to plan technical assistance through the Missouri Migrant Education and English Learning (MELL) program. This year, the survey is located at the links below on the Federal Discretionary Grants’ website:
