Beginning January 1, 2006, all new First Steps providers must contact Identix at (866) 522-7067 or www.iisfingerprint.com to schedule an appointment for fingerprinting.  The DESE will no longer accept fingerprint cards or send fingerprint packets.  Specific details and instructions can be found at:  http://dese.mo.gov/divspeced/FirstSteps/providerenroll.html#FBI_Background_Check
