Missouri Innovations in Education, January 2006, is now available online at
http://www.cise.missouri.edu/publications/innovations/ (click on

This issue focuses on transition-a topic important to students of all ages
as it encompasses a broad range of skills necessary to be prepared to enter
the world of work or postsecondary education. Articles discuss transition as
a lifelong process, reading remediation, developing self-determination
skills, and preparing students for post-secondary experiences.
The Innovations newsletter is available in a web-based format only.
Missouri Innovations in Education is published by the Center for Innovations
in Education, under contract with the Missouri Department of Elementary and
Secondary Education. There are four issues each year:
September, November, January and April. Innovations is acknowledged
throughout Missouri as a valuable source of information about educating
diverse learners. |
