Subject: PD Opportunity-Online Course Scholarships for Educators

The Division of Special Education is sponsoring scholarships for four online courses in Communication Arts.  The online courses are appropriate for educators in general and special education to support increased elementary achievement in Communication Arts.  The four courses are provided by eLearning for Educators which is funded by a U.S. Department of Education Ready to Teach grant focused on high quality teaching and professional development.  Graduate credit is available for all four courses.  The course scholarship covers the cost to take the course but does not cover graduate credit costs.  The four courses are provided on a first come, first served basis.  Enrollment is limited.
