The Request for Proposal (RFP) for System Point of Entry (SPOE) Services is now posted at the Office of Administration website.  All questions regarding the RFP should be directed to Mary Call with the Office of Administration at (573) 751-1695.  To view the RFP document, go to https://www.moolb.mo.gov/Glue/GuestHome.asp and follow the instructions below.

• Click on “Open Bids by Agency”.

• Scroll through to page 3

• Click on the “B3z06024” listed at the beginning of the Proposal Title

• Then click again on “B3z06024” in the statement that reads, “To access the official bid document, click on this link:B3Z06024 .  A page will open with links to download the official bid document in Microsoft Word or PDF format.”
