Subject:  Change of Provider Authorization Maintenance

There is a problem with the authorization maintenance feature of the web system that allows for changes in providers outside of a team meeting.  The authorization detail indicates that the provider change was made, but an authorization is never sent or made available to the new provider.

The CFO is aware of this critical problem and is working to correct it; however, the fix will not be available in the immediate future.  Until a fix is available, in order to assign a replacement provider, you must:

1. Open an inter-periodic meeting.
2. Cancel the authorization that needs a new provider.
3. Enter a new authorization for the new provider.
