How to view documents:
1. Go to the Missouri Office of Administration's Public Record Search and Retrieval page: http://www.oa.mo.gov/purch/webimaging/Homepage.htm.
2. Select the "Please Enter Here" link at the bottom of the page. You might first have to download the Acorde Viewer Plug-in. To do so, follow the directions given on the Search and Retrieval page.
3. On the "Select a Saved Search" dropdown, select "Search by Contract Number".
4. Find the Contract Number below that coincides with the bid you want to view and type it into the text box, then hit Execute.
