The keynote presentation by Dr. Robert Horner "Extending the RtI Approach to Behavior Support" and his breakout session "Transforming Complexity into Practical Action" from the Missouri School-wide Positive Behavior Support Summer Institute are available on our website.
Dr. Horner is the Alumni-Knight professor of special education at the University of Oregon and co-director of the OSEP National Technical Assistance Center on Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports. The presentations are available for viewing on the Division's website at no cost with no registration required.
