A new Question and Answer document on Serving Children With Disabilities Placed by Their Parents at Private Schools from the Office of Special Education Programs is now available at: http://idea.ed.gov/explore/view/p/,root,dynamic,QaCorner,1,. This document answers many questions LEAs may have concerning their responsibility to these students including child find, consultation with representatives of private schools, and proportionate share services.
