At the January 19, 2011, meeting, the State Board of Education acted on proposed changes for the Part C State Regulations implementing the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Prior to the State Board action, the Office of Special Education published the proposed regulation changes, solicited public comments, and held public hearings throughout the state.
