The Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) Expenditure Guide has been updated to address questions we have received from the field since the last updated ECSE Expenditure Guide was posted in May. Please see the "Updates" page to view the changes that have been made. The ECSE Expenditure Guide is posted at http://dese.mo.gov/divspeced/Finance/ecseindex.html. The Department will continue to post updates/revisions as needed.
