The Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) announced the final Part C of IDEA regulations have been published in the Federal Register on Wednesday September 28, 2011. These rules govern the First Steps Early Intervention Program. The Department staff will be working on aligning the state plan with the new regulations. The federal regulations go into effect on October 28, 2011.
