The 2012 Power Up Assistive Technology (AT) Conference and Expo has been set for Monday and Tuesday, April 2 and 3 at the Holiday Inn Executive Center in Columbia, MO.  This year's conference features an array of national and regional presenters to strengthen the capacity of educators, special education staff, occupational and physical therapists, speech language pathologists, librarians, technology staff, etc. on AT and related issues.

Discover new assistive technology (AT) devices and resources from interactive sessions.  The 2012 conference includes national presenters on the ever-changing world of iPads and other iDevices and applications for students and others with disabilities.  Other session topics will include augmentative communication devices; hearing devices for classrooms, AT and transition, accessible instructional materials, AT for students with autism, and many others.  Participants will also try out adaptive software and hardware in the Expo Hall.
