Kickoff: June 12-14, 2012
Outdoor Leadership Experience: October 10-13, 2012
Winter Meeting: January 16-18, 2013
Graduation: June 11-14, 2013 (This will be posted at a later date on My learning Plan.)
- Register now on My Learning Plan.
- The St. Louis Regional group is at capacity. If you are from St. Louis and still wish to be a part of the upcoming class, e-mail Susan Hodges for options.
- Cost is $600 plus $75 for the four state meetings ($300) for meals and materials.
- You need to register for each of the four state meetings through My Learning Plan. Leadership Academy kickoff, outdoor leadership experience, and winter meetings are posted. The graduation meeting 2013 will be posted at a later date.
History
The Leadership Academy was established in 1985 by the Excellence in Education Act. In 1987, the "Napkin Proposal" called for the establishment of satellite academy programs (SAP) statewide.
The Satellite Academy is now called Leadership Academy.
