Renewal of Student Services Certificate
You need to submit the following:
- The Application to Renew Student Services Certificate (pdf). This must be completed by you and the superintendent at your employing Missouri school district; and
- Documentation verifying 10 years of approved teaching experience, official transcripts showing master's degree conferred; and/or National Board Certification.
