High School Graduates Performance Report for BROOKFIELD R-III School District
The Missouri High School Graduates Performance Report is prepared by the Department of Higher Education as required by state law -- RsMO 173.750. It provides current and historical data about classes of Missouri public high school graduates that enrolled in Missouri public colleges and universities (2-year and 4-year) since 1996.

Organization
The report contains three data tables for every public high school in Missouri. These tables show selected academic achievement and performance information of individual graduating classes from high school through college. No statistics are reported in cases involving fewer than five students.

  • Table One provides enrollment data (disaggregated by gender and ethnicity), average ACT score, and enrollment in post-secondary remedial coursework.
  • Table Two provides completion/retention data (first fall and spring, second fall, freshman to sophomore) and average cumulative GPA.
  • Table Three provides two-year, four-year, and total average graduation rates from public colleges and universities.

Methodology/Corrections
The report is compiled by DHE staff from data contained in the Enhanced Missouri Student Achievement Study (EMSAS). EMSAS data are submitted annually by public colleges and universities. Technical information on the EMSAS may be found at http://www.dhe.mo.gov/emsasmanualreport.shtml.

Questions regarding EMSAS data, methodology, or corrections may be directed to Jeremy Kintzel, Missouri Department of Higher Education, Jeremy.Kintzel@dhe.mo.gov. Any necessary corrections will be posted by DESE following the prescribed annual correction window.
