Facsimile Signatures
Missouri state law authorizes officials of political subdivisions, including school districts, to execute official documents with facsimile signatures in lieu of manual signatures. School district officials may use facsimile signatures on teaching contracts and employee paychecks. Authorized officials should complete the Fascimile Signature Filing Form and submit it to the Secretary of State's Office to properly file their signature.
