Title 5-DEPARTMENT OF ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATION 5 CSR 30-680.020 Special Milk Program for Children PURPOSE: This rule details state and local responsibilities for the administration of the Special Milk Program for Children including, but not limited to, requirements for participation, reimbursement payments, administrative analyses and audits.
