5 CSR 50-200.050 Advanced Placement, Dual Credit Course, and International Baccalaureate Fee Payment Programs PURPOSE: The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education has the responsibility to disburse funds appropriated by the General Assembly for payments to defray a portion of the costs of Advanced Placement (AP) exam fees, Dual Credit Course fees, and International Baccalaureate (IB) fees. The department is also authorized to receive a grant award through the Federal Advanced Placement Fee Payment Program to approve requests for the purpose of defraying the cost of Advanced Placement (AP) exam fees for low-income students. This rule establishes the administrative procedures to approve requests for payments to pay a portion of the costs of AP exam fees, Dual Credit Course fees and IB fees for students enrolled in these programs. (1) Federal Advanced Placement (AP) Fee Payment Program.
(2) Missouri Fee Payment Program.
