Subject: ePeGs Notice for Improvement Planning for Grants and Self-Assessment Reminders

In early December, a SELs message was sent regarding district Improvement Plans being entered into ePeGs for the 2010-11 year.  In that message, it indicated ePeGs would be available the first week of January; however, there have been some technical issues and it is not yet ready.  A SELs message will be sent out as soon as it is available to begin entering your new plans.  DO NOT begin entry on the Special Education Plan until the person at your district with level 3 access has rolled the previous plan into the new year.  If you begin to enter the Special Education Plan before this occurs, the information you entered WILL BE DELETED when the old plan is rolled forward.  You may find it helpful to keep a copy of your plan in a separate document to protect against accidental loss of information.
