Please submit any lease agreements by September 10 for Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) for the FY 09-10 school year so they may be loaded into the Expenditure Report which is due September 17. Leases must be submitted for facilities, buses, and copiers. Facility leases will be applied to a funding formula. Please ensure that the number of ECSE students served, the number of non-disabled peers integrated into the ECSE space, the square footage, and the total cost for the facility/space are indicated somewhere on the lease.
We anticipate that the Expenditure Report will be open by the end of next week for data entry.
