WebSPOE is the First Steps online child data and billing system at www.mofirststeps.com
The WebSPOE will be temporarily unavailable from Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at 12:00 Noon until Monday, November 5, 2012 at 8:00 AM due to necessary updates to the website.
Though the updates to the WebSPOE system do not change the functionality, the pages in the system appear different in the display and color. To give providers and service coordinators an overview of the updated design, a brief demonstration has been recorded and is now available on the First Steps website at: http://dese.mo.gov/se/fs/WebSPOE2.html
