All Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) lease agreements for facilities/modular units, buses/vehicles, and copiers for the 2011-12 school year must be submitted to the Special Education Finance Section by May 31, 2012, for reimbursement.
In addition, districts must also complete an ECSE Lease Approval Form and submit with the lease to assist the Department in obtaining information from the lease. The form is located at: http://www.dese.mo.gov/divspeced/Finance/documents/sef-ECSElease.pdf.
Completed Lease Approval Forms and leases should be faxed to (573) 526-6898, Attn: Sandy Kliethermes.
Staff in the Special Education Finance Section will enter the lease amount into the ECSE Expenditure Report (due September 17, 2012). If you do not see your lease amount in the Expenditure Report at the time of submission or the amount is incorrect, please contact our office at the number below.
