On May 20, 2011, a SELs message was sent regarding Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) Lease Agreements for 2010-11. The message indicated that ALL ECSE lease agreements for facilities/modular units, buses/vehicles, and copiers for the 2010-11 school year must be submitted to the Special Education Finance Section by May 30, 2011. There was conflicting information regarding the due date in the Administrative Memo dated May 18, 2011, at the following link http://dese.mo.gov/am/index.html.
To clarify, the due date for LEAs to submit ALL ECSE lease agreements for facilities/modular units, buses/vehicles, and copiers for the 2010-11 school year is June 17, 2011.
