Any amendments to the FY11 Part B and ECSE ARRA budget applications must be made by July 31, 2011. Please note that LEAs with released proportionate share funds must revise and submit their FY11 Part B budget applications by July 31, 2011 to move funds out of the proportionate share function codes and into any other special education function codes so released funds can be expended on district students with disabilities.
Remember, once a 2010-11 Part B or ECSE ARRA FER is created, budget application amendments and payment requests for the 2010-11 school year cannot be made. Therefore, districts should ensure all Part B ARRA and ECSE ARRA funds are budgeted on the 2010-11 budget applications by July 31, 2011.
