The FY13 Part B Payment Request due date schedule has been posted at under "How Do I Find".  Due to the possibility of Sequestration taking effect in January 2013, the maximum percentage of the approved budget that may be requested after January is unknown at this time.  This document will be updated to reflect maximum percentages after the impact of Sequestration is known. 

LEAs receive IDEA Part B funds based on expenditure amounts reported on payment requests.  There are three components involved when determining payment request amounts.  For more information, go to the ePeGs Payment Request Training Guide FY13 at

Please note that if the FY12 FER is not submitted by the due date (September 30, 2012), the LEA will not be able to access their FY13 funds until the  FY12 FER is submitted.  For more information, please see the Administrative Memo at
