This webinar provides details about numerous secondary transition resources that can support teachers, transition coordinators, and counselors in providing transition assessment and planning for students with disabilities. While the resources are geared toward transition planning for students with disabilities, most are also appropriate for students without disabilities as they prepare for employment and postsecondary education.
This information will be useful for secondary teachers, transition coordinators, counselors, and administrators.
