Transition Toolkit
This webinar explains the Electronic Toolkit used to assist in Transition Planning for youth with disabilities transitioning from high school to live and work more independently in their homes and communities. It also gives more detail on how it can be utilized to enhance joint service delivery and collaboration between Centers for Independent Living (CIL), Local Education Agencies (LEA), and Vocational Rehabilitation (VR).
This webinar is for directors of special education, teachers and administrators, Vocational Rehabilitation staff, Center for Independent staff, and others working with students transitioning out of high school.
