Guidance provided by USDA differs from initial information at the time of the recorded webinar on reporting foster children on the Verification Report:
- Foster Children with a letter provided to the household or on a list provided to the LEA from DSS, are reported as Free Eligible – Not Subject to Verification. (11-1-11)
